About Me

I bring a lot of life experience to my work from 61 years on the planet. I have been thoroughly trained as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst. I am certified by, and a member of, The International Psychoanalytic Association and am also a member of Northwestern Psychoanalytic Society in Seattle.

I have been a husband and father for many years and draw on those intense learning experiences for my work.  I am part of a large community of psychotherapists and psychoanalysts that is an important resource in my work.  I am very dedicated to my profession and involved with the community in furthering my understanding of human nature.  I also teach at the institute where I received my training.
